POLICY
Amenities
and prices are subject to change. All reservations are subject to a $50.00
cancellation fee and loss of the $35.00 processing fee.
There will be no refund if reservations are cancelled within 21 days prior to the arrival
date.
If the home is re-rented, all monies, less cancellation fee
and processing fee, will be refunded.
PETS POLICY
This is a "No Pets Allowed" home.
(No dogs, cats,
reptiles, exotic birds or other pets are permitted).
If any pet is brought into a house listed as "no pets",
there will be a $200.00 charge.
Please observe these rules as some homeowners
and renters often have pet allergies.
