Watson Manor is
an Executive Home built in 1920 and has
had quite a face lift to the house as well as the property. There
is a main house, separate guest room, boat house, lots of parking,
including RV, and a huge game
room.
The main house
has a stone fireplace and an enclosed sun porch overlooking the
lake. Great care was given to soft comfort and atmosphere. The
game room is an elevated hang out. Pool table, air hockey,
Nintendo, Wireless Internet, original vintage arcade game, poker table, ping-pong
table, bar and stereo
system, with sound-proofing so as not to disturb the main house.
New this spring,
a double shower steam room has been added.
The grounds are
completely kid-proof, with a toddler play area complete with play
structure and toys completely visible from the house and game room
for safety. The lake is fenced off for safety and security as well
as a gate to the pier. Boat launch is next door.
There is 100 ft
of lake frontage and a 100 ft pier wired for bass boats, and
complete with lighting for evening swims or fishing. Floating dock
to tie boats to.
Walking distance
to restaurants and a small grocery store.
You will not be
disappointed with Watson Manor and you will want to know the history
