"We've rented houses up in Clear
Lake for 7 years and this house is by far our favorite!" wrote on
of the vacationers that stayed in this house. Their dog gave it "a
big two paws up".
Built in 2001, the house sits on the shore of Clear Lake, every
room having a gorgeous views of the lake. The house has three
stories. The bottom floor is a bedroom and bath with French doors
opening onto a large deck overlooking the lake. The second floor
has a den/bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen. The entire front
of the second floor is glass doors that open to the balcony. The
balcony faces south across the lake, the sunsets are to die for!
Then the third floor is a large master bedroom with bath and
sitting room. The open interior of the house is knotty pine
creating a warm homey feeling. The entire house was completely
refurnished in 2005.
In 2007 wireless access to the internet was
installed.
The yard is completely fenced. It
has a large, brand new deck with a water fall feature. Shade is
pro vided by a large sail and the trees. The boat docks floats in
front of the house allowing you to tie your boat close to the
house. If you are not bringing a boat, simply lower the dock to
the water level to fish or swim.
In 2006 , the owner bought the
beach next to the house. So along with enjoying the dock, you can
wade along the shore and launch you lake toys. into the lake.
If you are bringing your dog(s),
the house is ready for them. Besides the yard being fenced, we've
provided dog bowls, towels and treats. Also, there is a lot of
space for car parking within the fence.
