This is a
Craftsman Style house which has been totally remodeled and very tastefully decorated in
the same tradition as 39A, 39B, and 39D. Lots of light, and subtle tones with
wonderful amenities. A very nice master bedroom and bath, small sitting area and a
nice patio.
This house is also located on the same grounds
which used to be the Rocky Point Resort. The 4 units make the
perfect spot for reunions and get-togethers.
There is a lawn
area, a picnic area, horse shoes and a small dock. |

Amenities
and prices are subject to change. All reservations are subject to a $100.00
cancellation fee
and loss of the $35.00 processing fee.
There will be no refund if reservations are cancelled within 21 days prior to the arrival
date.
If the home is re-rented, all monies, less cancellation fee
and processing fee, will be refunded.

Pets are allowed in pet friendly homes only.
"Pets" will be limited to dogs only.
No cats or exotic birds
are permitted.
There is a pet charge of $50.00 per pet.
