This is a great vacation home for a family.  Located on a quiet channel with direct access to the lake, moments away from open water. 

There is lots of parking for cars and boat trailers.  The rental features a nice back yard with grass and plenty of room for the little ones to play. 

The home has wireless internet.  Each of the two bedrooms has a queen and twin bed, and the master has a futon sofa.  The step in tub in the master bath is great for those with special needs.

There is a fire pit on the lower deck if the night air turns chilly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Amenities and prices are subject to change.   All reservations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee
and loss of the $35.00 processing fee.  
There will be no refund if reservations are cancelled within 21 days prior to the arrival date.  
If the home is re-rented, all monies, less cancellation fee
and processing fee, will be refunded.

PETS POLICY
This is a Pet Friendly Home
Pets are allowed in pet friendly homes only. 
"Pets" will be limited to 1 small dog under 30# only. 
No cats or exotic birds are permitted. 
There is a pet charge of $50.00 per pet.
