This bright new cottage in a working vineyard is secluded and quiet, with views of Mt. Konocti.  There is ample parking for boat trailers. 

Guests can take long walks around the vineyards and enjoy the resident hawks, owls, gray squirrels and other wildlife that provide endless entertainment. 

A perfect spot for a telescope and year-around star gazing.

The cottage features a large deck facing Mt. Konocti, with a smaller deck off the master bedroom.  Only 1.5 miles to the town of Kelseyville, with wine tasting, fine dining, and specialty shops.

A fine place to relax and find the privacy and space for a true vacation.

Amenities and prices are subject to change.   All reservations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee and loss of the $35.00 processing fee.  
There will be no refund if reservations are cancelled within 21 days prior to the arrival date.  
If the home is re-rented, all monies, less cancellation fee
and processing fee, will be refunded.

Pets are allowed in pet friendly homes only. 
"Pets" will be limited to 1 small dog only. 
No cats or exotic birds are permitted. 
There is a pet charge of $50.00 per pet.
