The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with
Jacuzzi tub and TV. There are 2 more bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs
with a loft with another daybed and TV. (The loft has the best view
in the house).
The living room area has a sleeper sofa, Direct TV, CD
player, XM satellite radio, music and HBO .
The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops newer
appliances. The dining room is large with a table that seats 8 and
a child's table for 2.
There is a granny unit in the lower level that has a private
bath, bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a futon
sofa. It also has a full kitchen and the lower level has it's own
private entrance, through the herb garden.
Everyone will have a great time on the 3000 s.f. upper and lower
decks, complete with umbrellas and comfortable chairs and lounges, a
hammock, and outdoor stereo system and gas BBQ.
The pier and boat docks are all kid friendly with gated
entry.
This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and is only a short
walk to our County Park, where the kids can play and dad can launch
the boat. It is only a short drive to Lakeport, Konocti Harbor
Resort, and Kelseyville.
